SC: Court Must Adopt Justice Oriented Approach While Dealing With Delay Condonation Plea - (28 Jul 2023)

Supreme Court while restoring an appeal filed after a delay of 52 days, has observed that if only the Court concerned had been sensitive to justice-oriented approach rather than iron-cast technical approach, litigation between the parties probably would have come to an end much earlier.
