SC: Must Establish Employee wasn’t Gainfully Employeed During Dismissal Period to Claim Back Wages - (07 Jul 2023)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has held that in order to claim back wages, the initial burden is on the employee to come out with the case that he was not gainfully employed after the order of termination.
