Ker. HC: Employer Can Decide if Higher Qualification Would Subsume Lesser Qualification - (23 Jun 2023)

Kerala High Court has observed that in the matter of recruitment to services, it is for the employers to decide, based on assessment and requirements, whether one qualification is equivalent to another or whether one qualification would subsume another lesser qualification.
