Uttarakhand HC: Non-Compliance of Section 50 NDPS Act is Sufficient for Acquittal - (13 Apr 2023)

Uttarakhand High Court while observing that non-complaince with Section 50 of NDPS Act makes sufficient case for acquittal, has acquitting a person who was convicted 17 years ago under the NDPS Act.
