CESTAT: No Service Tax on Services of Advertisements in Print Media - (06 Mar 2023)

SERVICE TAX

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Delhi bench has held that service tax is not applicable to the service of advertisement in print media.
