Delhi HC: Virginity Test is Unconstitutional - (08 Feb 2023)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court while observing that virginity test is “sexist” and violates human right to dignity has held that virginity test conducted on an accused during investigation, whether in judicial or police custody, is unconstitutional as being in violation of Article 21 of Constitution.
