SC: Centre Disrupts Judges' Seniority by Splitting Up Collegium Resolutions - (29 Nov 2022)

Supreme Court has criticized the Centre’s practice of splitting up the Collegium Resolutions by approving some names from the recommendation and withholding other names and stated that such practice effectively disrupts the seniority of judges.
