Delhi HC Refuses Pre-Arrest Bail to Woman Accused of Abetting Suicide - (27 Oct 2022)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court while denying anticipatory bail to woman in case of abetment of suicide has stated that FIR clearly states that the applicant was saying something or the other which has instigated the deceased to take such extreme step.
