CESTAT Allows Cenvat Credit To Satyam Computer for Service Tax Paid on Medical Insurance Premium - (14 Oct 2022)

SERVICE TAX

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Hyderabad has granted a cenvat credit to Satyam Computer for service tax paid on insurance premiums for employees and their families.
