Kerala HC: Employee Accused of Embezzlement Must be Kept Away Till Enquiry is Completed - (11 Jul 2022)

Kerala High Court while refusing to recall an order of suspension has held that an employee accused of embezzling money, cannot be reinstated during the pendency of the enquiry.
