Guj. HC: Workmen Terminated in Violation of Retrenchment Procedure is Entitled to Reinstatement - (22 Jun 2022)

Gujarat High Court has held that where a workman is terminated in violation of the procedure for Retrenchment & Re-Employment provided under Sections 25(G) and 25(H) of the Industrial Disputes Act, an order of reinstatement ought to follow.
