ITAT, Ahmedabad: KYC Form is Prima Facie Proof For Address of Account Holder - (17 May 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ahmedabad has ruled that Know Your Customer (KYC) Form is prima facie proof for address of account holder and upholds the addition on account of unexplained cash deposits.
