CESTAT, Delhi: Service Tax Can’t be Levied for Total Receipt Under Threshold Limit of 10 Lakh - (26 Apr 2022)

SERVICE TAX

Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi has observed that service tax can’t be levied for total receipt falling below the threshold limit of Rs. 10,00,000/- during the financial year.
