AAR, Telangana: ITC Can be Claimed on IGST Paid Both on Imports Intra & Inter-State Sales, Rules - (20 Apr 2022)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Authority of Advance Ruling, Telangana has observed that Integrated Goods and Services tax paid on imports is eligible to be availed as an Input Tax Credit both on intra-state and inter-state sales.
