AAR, West Bengal: No GST on Service for Collection and Disposal of Bio-Medical Waste - (18 Apr 2022)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Authority for Advance Ruling, West Bengal has ruled that service provided to the State Government for the collection and disposal of bio-medical waste is exempted from Goods and Services Tax.
