Delhi HC: Dispute Arising Between Parties Subsequently Can Be be Proceeded In Separate Arbitration - (13 Apr 2022)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has held that a successive dispute arising from the same transaction can be referred to a separate arbitration and the arbitration agreement cannot be a one time measure that cannot be invoked after an award is made in the earlier reference.
