CESTAT, Kolkata: Manufacturer is Eligible to Avail Cenvat Credit on Sales - (13 Apr 2022)

Customs, Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata has observed that since the sale and manufacture are inter connected, the cenvat credit is available on the amount of sales commission.
