Delhi HC: Filing Complaint with Unrelated Government Office Does Not Constitute Notice - (07 Apr 2022)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has observed that mere filing of a complaint with an unrelated government office expressing one's grievance does not constitute a notice under Section 21 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
