Calcutta HC: Benefit under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme is Optional - (04 Apr 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Calcutta High Court has observed that the benefit provided under the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme is optional while condoning the delay in a bunch of appeals filed by the Revenue, based on the reasons assigned by the authorities.
