Government set to settle retrospective tax disputes - (21 Mar 2016)

The Government is set to approve a scheme allowing firms mired in retrospective-tax disputes to settle them after paying principal tax. The scheme is expected to commence on 1 June 2016, but will not be an indefinite window.
