Gujarat High Court Grants Bail to Accused in Fake GST ITC Claim - (30 Mar 2022)

Gujarat High Court has affirmed the legality of the provisional attachment proceedings initiated by the GST department and granted bail to the accused person who was involved in fraudulently availing the input tax credit (ITC).
