Supreme Court Grants Bail to Accused on Deposit of Amount in GST Scam - (29 Mar 2022)

Supreme Court has granted bail to one of the Directors of M/s Miraj Products Private Limited on a condition to deposit Rs. 200 crores as a pre-requirement of releasing him on bail in a GST Scam case.
