Kerala HC: Development Permit Not Required for Residential Building in Small Plot - (29 Mar 2022)

Kerala High Court has observed that a Panchayat cannot require an owner of a small parcel of land that has been subdivided from a larger plot to produce a development permit to allow the construction of a residential building under the Kerala Panchayat Building Rules, 2019.
