AAR, Maharashtra: 18% GST Payable on Construction of Buildings and Civil Structures - (22 Feb 2022)

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR) Maharashtra has ruled that 18% goods and service tax (GST) payable on Construction of buildings and civil structures necessary to house data centres, nearline data centres, disaster recovery station, satellite data centre.
