CESTAT, Mumbai Directs Redetermination of Quantum of Service Tax on Rent of Marriage Hall, Etc - (06 Jan 2022)

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Mumbai has directed the redetermination of quantum of service tax leviable on rents of marriage hall, stall ground rent, hospital, and blood bank.
