ITAT, Amritsar: Assessee to Claim Deduction of Employees Share of ESI and PF - (24 Dec 2021)

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Amritsar has held that the assessee to claim deduction of employee’s share of Employees’ State Insurance and Provident Fund if deposited prior to ITR filing.
