Delhi High Court Refuses To Issue Form ‘F’ To HDFC Bank Due To Default In Paying Central Sales Tax - (17 Nov 2021)

In a major setback to the HDFC Bank, the Delhi High Court has refused to issue Form ‘F’ in respect of inter-state stock transfers due to default in paying Central Sales Tax.
