ITAT Delhi Upholds CIT (A) Order Disallowing Expenses in Relief to Tulip Star Hotel - (13 Sep 2021)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Delhi, in a major relief to Tulip Star Hotel, has upheld an order of the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) where an order of the income tax department disallowing the expenses amounting to approximately Rs. 3.61 crores to the Company.
