ITAT, Bangalore: Payment to Federation of Indian Mineral Industries Deductible Business Expenditure - (24 Aug 2021)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Bangalore has held that the payment made to the federation of Indian Mineral Industries is deductible from the business income since such a payment was made to protect the business interests of the assessee.
