AAR, Maharashtra: 5% GST on Supply of MDEs and Parts Exclusively to Shipyards or Indian Navy - (02 Aug 2021)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR), Maharashtra has ruled that 5% Goods and Service Tax on supply of MDEs and parts exclusively and directly to shipyards or Indian Navy for use in manufacture of ships, vessels, boats, floating structures.
