ITAT, Delhi Upholds Income Tax Addition of 3.9 Crores against Indian Franchise of KFC, Pizza Hut - (07 Jul 2021)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Delhi has upheld an Income Tax addition of Rs. 3,91,94,260 against Indian franchise of KFC, Pizza Hut, holding that the assessee’s claim with respect to the income of the assessee not chargeable to tax because of principles of mutuality has already been decided by the Supreme Court.
