ITAT, Bangalore: Long Term Capital Loss to be Computed from Date of Possession of Property - (22 Jun 2021)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Bangalore has held that long term capital loss is to be computed from the date of possession of Property and not after the occupancy certificate.
