CBIC: Laterals/Parts Used with Sprinklers or Drip Irrigation System Taxable at 12% GST - (18 Jun 2021)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has clarified that laterals/parts to be used solely or principally with sprinklers or drip irrigation system would attract Goods and Services Tax at a rate of 12%.
