CBIC Allows Companies to File GST Returns Without DSC with Mobile OTP - (28 Apr 2021)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has allowed the companies to file Goods and Services Tax Returns without Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) with Mobile One Time Password (OTP). The Government has notified the Central Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2021 which seeks to amend Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
