AAR, Gujarat: GST Applicable on Reverse Charge on Amount Paid for Reimbursement of Stamp Tax - (20 Apr 2021)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR), Gujarat has ruled that the Goods and Services Tax is applicable on a reverse charge basis on the amount paid for reimbursement of Stamp tax as a pure agent.
