Delhi Court Convicts Parsvnath Developers for Delay in Depositing TDS Amount - (06 Apr 2021)

DIRECT TAXATION

Delhi Court has convicted the Parsvnath Developers for delay in depositing the TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) amount on the grounds that the mere recession cannot be cited as an excuse for non-payment of the TDS amount.
