CBIC: ITC Can be Availed Based on Details Available in Form GSTR-2B - (16 Mar 2021)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has clarified that Input Tax Credit (ITC) can be availed based on details available in FORM GSTR-2B, which is a static Input Tax Credit statement generated for each month.
