CBIC Extends Sanction for Pending IGST Refund Claims on GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B - (18 Feb 2021)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has notified the extension of Sanction for pending Integrated Goods and Services Tax refund claims where the records have not been transmitted to ICEGATE due to GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B mismatch error.
