ITAT, Bangalore: Assessee Living in Joint Family, Gold Credit to be Given to All Members - (05 Feb 2021)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Bangalore has ruled that when the assessee is living in joint family, gold credit provided by the Commissioner of Income Tax (CIT(A)) as per Central Board of Direct Taxes instructions should be given for all the members of the joint family.
