ITAT, Jodhpur Grants Tax Exemption to Charitable Trust Providing Mid-Day Meals - (16 Jul 2020)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Jodhpur has allowed income tax exemption to a charitable Trust engaging in the activity of providing mid-day meals to school children.
