Calcutta HC Allows Bail to Chartered Accountant if He is Willing to Compound Offence - (03 Mar 2020)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Calcutta High Court has directed the Lower Court to allow a Chartered Accountant involved in a Goods and Services Tax scam of Rs 98 Crore to bail if the Petitioner approaches the authorities for compounding the offence.
