SC Upholds P&H HC Order Directing GST Department to Re-Open Facility to File or Revise GST TRAN-1 - (03 Mar 2020)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Supreme Court of India has upheld the Punjab and Haryana High Court order directing the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Department to re-open the facility to file or revise GST Tran-1 either electronically or manually.
