CESTAT, Mumbai: Cenvat Credit Permissible on Renting Premises Outside Manufacturing Factory Unit - (19 Feb 2020)

Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Mumbai has held that Cenvat Credit is permissible on renting of premises outside the manufacturing factory unit.
