Supreme Court Frames Guidelines for Speeding up Process of Hearing Pleas Against Death Sentences - (17 Feb 2020)

Supreme Court has framed a set of guidelines that mandate the Apex Court benches to hear Appeals challenging decisions of High Courts confirming the award of death sentences in six months.
