DGFT: Goods Imported as Gifts Can be Allowed Import Free on Payment of Full Applicable Fees - (23 Jan 2020)

Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has clarified that the goods imported as gifts can be allowed to import free on payment of full applicable duties as the goods imported as gifts would be personal imports.
