Karnataka High Court Dismisses Plea to Regulate Contents in Online Platforms - (09 Aug 2019)

Karnataka High Court has declined to regulate online content being aired on internet platforms like You Tube, Amazon Prime, Netflix under the Cinematography Act, 1952.
