‘Rape’ ends in marriage, Karnataka High Court Quashes Case - (13 Jun 2019)

CRIMINAL

Karnataka High Court has quashed the case of rape and cheating against the 25 year old man on the grounds that the alleged rape victim and the Accused have married and decided to put an end to the criminal case on the latter.
