Bombay HC Grants Relief to Foreigners who are in Final Stages of Surrogacy Process - (09 Nov 2015)

Bombay HC in an interim order has stayed directive of Union Government and Indian Council for Medical Research banning surrogacy for foreign couples who are in the final stages of the process.
