Bombay High Court Extends Stay on Govt. Circular on Sedition - (21 Oct 2015)

Bombay HC has extended its interim stay restraining Maharashtra Govt. from acting on its controversial circular on sedition charges so that the law-enforcing agencies do not misuse it.
