Uttarakhand High Court Cancels Conviction of Rape-Murder Accused - (12 Oct 2015)

Uttarakhand High Court has reversed decision of a lower court in a case of rape and murder of a 10-year-old in Lalkuan, Nainital district, in 2012, as it was not proved that accused was in contact with the body of the victim before her death.
